Refund & cancellation

Cancellation. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the delivery or pickup date. Later cancellations may not be refundable because ingredients and flowers are prepared in advance.

Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund method. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or by bank transfer within 7 working days.
