By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms.

1. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
2. An order is confirmed only after payment is received. Unpaid orders are released after 30 minutes.
3. Handmade items may vary slightly in colour and decoration from the photos.
4. Please make sure the delivery address and recipient's phone number are correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
5. We may contact you to adjust or cancel an order if an ingredient or flower is unavailable, with a full refund if you do not accept the change.
